FAQ:

How much clothing do I need?
It is important to have comfortable clothing and shoes, especially if you will be receiving therapy. It is recommended that you have 5 complete outfit changes including pajamas.  A light sweater or jacket is a good idea as well. Laundry services are available on-site free of charge or we can provide a hamper for a family member to do the patient’s laundry.

What kind of personal belongings am I allowed to bring from home?
Bring items and pictures to make you feel more comfortable in your new environment. If you have a favorite chair or table feel free to bring these items with you. If you have any questions about an item our maintenance department will be happy to assist you.

How does payment work?
Every person’s situation is unique, payment is something we can discuss with each individual. The rate per day is $145.00 for a semi-private room. We do accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most  private insurances as well as private pay clients.

What are the visiting hours at Twin Maples?
Please feel free to visit your loved one at any time, day or night as long as it is not disruptive to other residents.

Can I eat with my loved one?
Yes we encourage families to be a part of our facility while their loved ones stay with us. If you would like to share a meal with your family member just let a staff person know and they will notify the kitchen.

Do you let churches and clergy visit?
Yes, in fact we encourage it! We also offer a wide variety of services provided by our local spiritual leaders and churches.
